I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The incredible view from my room was one of my favourite things about it. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was close to everything in this city and the lower ski areas were only a two-minute walk away.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the beautiful decor and the comfortable rooms. the hotel's location was also a plus, as it was conveniently close to the ski slopes and the town center. Another thing I enjoyed was the spa, which offered a variety of treatments.

During our romantic escape, we were impressed by the luxurious amenities provided in the hotel. The spa was exceptional with a variety of treatments available at excellent prices, and the restaurant offered a great choice of international and local dishes. the hotel was located in a perfect spot, with easy access to all the key locations and ski resorts in the area.
The hotel's parking facilities were limited, and we had to park a considerable distance away from the hotel. we found the rooms to be slightly outdated, which was not in line with the otherwise luxurious experience being offered.

We had a fantastic stay close to the ski area and with stunning views of the valley. the room was well-appointed and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. the service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of healthy options. the spa was amazing, with a large indoor swimming pool and luxurious steam rooms and sauna. We particularly enjoyed the free mountain guide led by a friendly and knowledgeable local.
The hotel lacked an outdoor pool.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The staff were always on hand to assist with any request, and their attention to detail was second to none. The location of this place was simply breathtaking, with doorstep skiing and stunning views from our room.
